Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using the Understanding Your Negative Cycle workbook. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Understanding Your Negative Cycle is a digital educational workbook delivered as a PDF file. It is grounded in the principles of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Attachment Theory. The workbook is an educational resource only.

3. Purchase and Licence

When you purchase the workbook, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to:

• Download and retain a copy of the PDF for personal use
• Print one or more copies for personal use
• Use the workbook for your own personal, non-commercial purposes

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or gift the digital file to others
• Use the workbook for commercial purposes without written permission
• Reproduce or republish the content, in whole or in part, in any medium
• Claim authorship of or derivative works based on this workbook

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the workbook — including text, design, diagrams, illustrations, and layout — is the intellectual property of Jared Mahony and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. All rights are reserved.

5. Not a Substitute for Professional Help

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

7. Delivery

After successful payment, you will be redirected to a download page where the workbook PDF is available immediately. It is your responsibility to save and store the file. We recommend downloading it to multiple devices or cloud storage.

8. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is outlined in our separate Refund Policy. By purchasing the workbook, you also agree to those terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Jared Mahony and Jared Mahony Counselling are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this workbook or website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
